Downey Promenade is a redevelopment of the former Boeing site in Downey, CA. It is our latest repositioning of an obsolete asset. Ultimately it will contain nearly 1,000,000 square feet of retail, over 500,000 square feet of office and medical office, a hotel and the incorporation of the historic Kaufman office wing where The Apollo Lunar Capsule, the Space Shuttle and a myriad of other famous planes, space craft and other vehicles were conceived and later constructed. The Promenade opened to rave reviews in 2017.
