Robert Manarino

Manarino Realty is led by Robert Manarino, a top-ranking executive in retail development for 30 plus years. During his career, Robert has participated in the investment and development of over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate.

In 2016, Robert formed a strategic alliance with Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC), a division of Lennar Homes, to develop and lease their mixed-use retail opportunities. The retail portfolio in various stages of open, under-construction, and pipeline is projected at nearly 1 million square feet of space.

Prior to the formation of Manarino Realty, Robert was the Managing Director for Cousins Properties Western Region. Cousins Properties is one of the country’s top diversified development companies. Cousins’ development expertise covers a broad array of product types -office, retail, urban residential and single-family communities. Over the past 50 years, Cousins has earned a reputation for creative, industry leading developments.

While with Cousins as Senior Vice President and Director of Western Region Development, Robert was responsible for heading up all new business opportunities in California and the surrounding western states, he also completed the development of over 2 million square feet of lifestyle, regional, neighborhood retail and office space.

During his tenure with Cousins, Robert played a major role in the development of the nationally recognized lifestyle brand, The Avenue® the company’s signature brand of luxury open-air specialty shopping centers.
